Hello! My name is Kristen and I’m on a self-improvement journey. From fat to fit, from shy to self-confident and from really terrible cook to…well, the best I can hope for is to someone who doesn’t turn down a recipe because it has more than four ingredients. I can’t count how many times I vowed that I’d start a diet tomorrow, or maybe Monday. Well, this time it’s a lifestyle change. And I’m starting this minute.

I am going to my first CrossFit orientation this evening.. I am reallllllly nervous! I am 51 and have been overweight most of my life.. It is time for me to change with what years I have left.. I want to live and not dream anymore.. the time is NOW!
