Three months passes in the blink of an eye. But, used wisely, that time can be used to accomplish so much. This is what I did in 12 weeks last year:
I’m about 20 pounds heavier than I was in the after picture right now, but it is my aim to be back there, or a bit below, in the next 12 weeks. I know I can do it because I’ve done it, and it’s completely within my control.
There is a new crop of Fittest Loser contestants now and one recently contacted me to get some advice. She also mentioned that I was an inspiration to her. I almost cried when I read that. There are so many people who have inspired me and it shocks me to be on the other side of that equation.
I want to be an inspiration, and I need to earn that right.
Twelve weeks is a short period of time, but so much can happen within that window. Where do you want to be in 12 weeks? How will you get there? Most important, do you truly believe that you can do it? I know you can.
